Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions of Onsaemiro (온새미로).
1. Free Trial
New users get a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial; cancel before it ends and you won't be billed.
2. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Paid subscriptions are prepaid per the chosen term and renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime in Settings > Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
3. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
You may request withdrawal within 7 days of purchase under applicable consumer-protection law (and within 14 days for EU/UK consumers).
For digital content already accessed, the right of withdrawal may be limited; we disclose this beforehand.
4. How to Request a Refund
In Settings > Manage subscription > Receipts, use 'Request refund' within 14 days of payment.
Approved refunds are returned to your payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider/card issuer.
5. Partial Refunds
For longer plans, a pro-rata refund of the unused period may be granted at the Company's discretion. Change-of-mind refunds are handled within the window above.
